Cashmere
- Hand wash in cool water using a mild, pH-neutral detergent.
- Do not wring. Gently press out excess water and dry flat in shade.
- Store folded, away from direct light, with natural fibre protection where appropriate.
- Pilling is a natural characteristic of fine cashmere; lift pills gently by hand rather than pulling.
Wool
- Dry clean or hand wash in cool water, following the label on your piece.
- Reshape while damp and dry flat, away from direct heat.
- Air the piece between wears; clean only when necessary to preserve the fibre.
- Store in a dry, ventilated place, folded rather than hung.
Silver
- Polish gently with a soft, lint-free cloth to restore lustre.
- Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water, which may dull the surface over time.
- Store pieces separately in a sealed pouch to reduce tarnishing.
- For deeper cleaning, consult a professional jeweller.
Stone
- Keep stones away from sharp impacts, heat, and sudden changes in temperature.
- Clean with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid chemical cleaners and ultrasonic devices.
- Remove jewellery before washing, swimming, or sleeping.
- Store each piece separately to prevent scratching.
