Each piece is prepared and packed with care. The details below describe how your order travels to you, and how to return it should you wish to.
Shipping
HIYA ships to the following regions: United States, Canada, China, Hong Kong SAR. Orders are prepared within our studio and dispatched on the next working day following confirmation.
[Shipping rates and regions to be confirmed.] Where duties and import taxes apply, these are calculated and shown at checkout or settled on delivery in accordance with the destination’s regulations.
Delivery

Should an item be delayed or unavailable, we will write to you promptly with an updated expectation.
Returns & exchanges
If a piece is not as you hoped, it may be returned in its original, unworn condition within [returns window to be confirmed] of delivery. [Returns process and any applicable fees to be confirmed.]
To begin a return or exchange:
- Write to our client-services team at studio@hiya.example with your order number.
- We will respond with a return authorisation and the address to which the piece should be sent.
- Pack the item in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories enclosed.
- Send the parcel using the advised method. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the return has been received and inspected.
Damages
If your order arrives damaged, or if an item appears to be faulty, please contact us within [reporting window to be confirmed] of receipt. Where possible, include photographs and your order number so that we may resolve the matter without delay.
